Canada & US:

Retail: $10 for AB, BC, SK & MB / $15 for all other provinces, territories & states

Wholesale: $15 for AB, BC, SK & MB / $20 for all other provinces, territories & states

For orders to anywhere else in the world, please e-mail or call us with your order, and we will let you know the shipping cost.

For shipping in Canada we use Canada Post Expedited Parcel, which usually takes 1-4 business days. We contact you with your tracking # once it is shipped.

For shipping to the U.S. we almost always send the merchandise as a "small packet". Please allow 8-10 business days for delivery. You may request to have it delivered X-press or Priority post for an extra fee.

REFUND POLICY

If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your product from Pixie Glassworks, please feel free to contact us within 30 days of your purchase and we will arrange an exchange or refund.
