If you are familiar with PayPal, please feel free to follow the instructions below. If not, you may e-mail us with your order (please include product codes) and we will then e-mail you a PayPal invoice. Just follow the instructions for the e-mail invoice to make a credit card payment.
STEPS TO PAYMENT BY PAYPAL (Ebay Bank)
1. CLICK PAYPAL LINK HERE
2. Click Log In for existing members (skip to step 4) or Sign Up Now for new members - the account is FREE to setup and use as a customer.
3. If you are a new member, you can choose which Account Type to
use. (Generally choose "For Online Shoppers".) You will be asked for the
requisite personal information and then will supply a credit card or
account to send funds with. Very simple process that takes no longer
than 5 minutes to setup.
Once an account is established you can "Send Money" to sales@pixieglassworks.com
4. Enter product code(s) that corresponds to your order request (ex. #AP.01 - Clear Aromatherapy Pendant). If you have any requests for specific colors/styles, please write your requests in the "notes" section of your Paypal page.
5. Add relative shipping costs.
6. Send payment to sales@pixieglassworks.com using PAYPAL account (CDN FUNDS).
7. Sale will show as "Pixie Glassworks".
8. When payment is received an email will be sent within 24 hours to
confirm that we have received your order. Our aim is to ship a retail order within 2 days and a wholesale order within 3 days of receiving it. If you are placing a large order we may need additional time, in which case we would let you know.
